Pay Structure
We believe you should know exactly what you earn — before, during, and after every engagement. No surprises, no hidden fees, no complicated formulas.
You Earn: 70% of every booking
CWA Retains: 30% to cover marketing, sales, contracts, scheduling, invoicing, and all administrative work.
First Booking Bonus ⭐
As a thank-you for being an early CWA partner, you'll receive an additional 5% on your very first engagement — bringing your take-home to 75% on your first booking.

Half-Day Workshop ($2,000 booking) → You keep $1,400
